LQQK !! LOW RESERVE !!

PLEASE READ ALL AUCTION TEXT TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION !!!

Reluctantly selling my 1961 Duplex Pre-Unit 650 Tiger T110 twin. This bike simply deserves better than I can do right now. :( I feel like a bad father. lol. I've owned this bike for 6 years and ridden it twice. That's what happens when you have 28 bikes in your garage :). Bike runs great and has a working 'slick shift' gearbox for those of you that know what that is. Very rare option and even rarer to find one that's functional. The tank is actually from a 1963 Bonneville but I'm including a rough, but original Duplex tank with the deal (see pictures). Great bike to restore or even better if you just want a pre-unit to ride as is. Matching numbers and clear title. Needless to say these are simply getting more scarce all the time. I may be wrong ( I was once :) ) but I'd be m ore than surprised if you can find a running Pre-Unit for my reserve !!

See my other auctions for more great British parts at no reserve!!! All parts sold as is.

Payment must be made within 5 days of receipt of auction total by paypal only. Do not bid on this item unless you intend to complete the transaction. Seller reserves the right to cancel auction at anytime and cancel unwanted bids. Winning bidder to pay all shipping costs. Make sure you see my other auctions for more great British bikes and parts. Once again thanks and good luck bidding. This shouldn't be necessary, unfortunately, it is. If you don't have the money, don't bid. If you can't afford the shipping, don't bid. If you don't like something about the item, don't bid. Really, your bid is a contract - my time is valuable, so is the time of other legitimate bidders - don't bid if you can't, or won't, pay! ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEE WRITTEN OR IMPLIED !!

Triumph Hellfire Flat Tracker – Video

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

The Triumph Bonneville is the popular choice when it comes to flat tracking, but maybe it’s time to rethink that decision. German Triumph dealer Motocorner thinks so, anyway. Their flat tracker of choice?

Classic Off-Road Bikes Featured in Braving Baja: 1,000 Miles to Glory Exhibition

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

EICMA 2012: 2013 Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R Unveiled

Tue, 13 Nov 2012

Today at EICMA 2012, Triumph has taken the wraps off the hotly anticipated Daytona 675 and 675R. We first broke the news of a new Daytona last month, but details were still largely unknown at the time. As we expected from the fresh, updated look of the 2013 model, the 675’s updates are more than just skin deep.
