Triumph Other description

THIS IS A 1959 TRIUMPH CHOPPER T110 I JUST FOUND. IT WAS SITTING IN A GARAGE FOR LAST 20 YEARS. THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT PROJECT FOR SOME BODY. WOULD NOT TAKE MUCH TO GET IT ROAD WORTHY. IT DID NOT RUN WHEN I BOUGHT IT, I CLEANED THE CARB AND FILED THE POINTS IN THE MAG GOT GOOD SPARK GIVE IT A FEW KICKS AND IT STARTED THE ENGINE SOUNDS STRONG. THE ENGINE LOOKS LIKE SOMEBODY REBUILT IT AND NEVER GOT IT RUNNING WHEN LOOK THROUGH THE SPARK PLUG HOLES THE PISTONS ARE SHINY AND THE INSIDE OF THE DRAG PIPES ARE NEW NO CARBON. THE CARB NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AS IT IS TO SMALL AND IT FLOODS OUT. THERE IS A GENERATOR AND VOLTAGE REGULATOR THAT GO WITH IT. WITH A LITTLE WORK AND SOME TLC YOU COULD BE RIDING THIS BIKE AS YOU FIX IT THE WAY YOU WANT IT.  HAS A CLEAR TITLE, IF YOU NEED IT SHIPPED GO TO USHIP .COM MY ZIP CODE IS 21227 TO GET QUOTES ON SHIPPING THANKS BOB

The future. But we can't have it

Thu, 10 Nov 2011

It's no secret that we motorcyclists are getting older. We're ageing because less people are passing their bike test each year (roughly 30,000 last year compared to 50,000 for the 10 years before the new two-part test) and so not only is the pool not growing it's not even being replenished and so the average age isn't being diluted down by yoof. When the going gets tough in any situation, you really get to see who's got their shit-sorted and who's light enough on their feet to adapt to change.

2021 MO Middleweight Naked Bike Shootout - Six Bikes!

Tue, 15 Jun 2021

Six motorcycles, one winner Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by Sean Matic We last performed this public service in 2017, when your Yamaha FZ-07 prevailed over the Kawasaki Z650, Suzuki SV650, the new Harley-Davidson Street Rod, and the new and indeterminate Benelli TnT 600, in that order. The FZ-07 has since morphed into the MT-07 amidst a host of well thought-out upgrades in 2018, and then again for 2021. The Z650 got a modern instrument pod in 2020 with a few other tasteful refinements, and the SV650 hasn’t changed a bit (God bless it).

2024 Triumph Scrambler 1200 Review – First Ride

Mon, 22 Jan 2024

Minor revisions for the XE with a big step forward in approachability for the X Photos Courtesy of Triumph Motorcycles Triumph is, arguably, the manufacturer who brought scrambler styling back into the limelight nearly 20 years ago now. For many of those years, it was just that, a styling exercise to capitalize on the classic cool that scramblers imbue. It wasn’t until the end of 2018 that Triumph stepped up its scrambler game in a way that truly harkened back to what the desert sleds of yore were used for – scramblin’ off the beaten path.
