Triumph Bonneville description

2014 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE T100 T100, spoked wheels and lashings of quality chrome. The T100 is our modern interpretation of the classic Bonnevilles that ruled the roost back in the 1960s. Twin pea-shooter exhausts, two-tone paint, and that Triumph embossed seat say classic British motorcycle. While the T100 may look like it's come straight out of the day, the technology and ride experience most definitely do not. The 865cc engine, an air-cooled parallel twin of course, is fitted with up to date fuel injection for clean and efficient riding. Plus, the suspension and brakes are bang up to date too, You won t have to sacrifice today s technology to satisfy your taste for classic, vintage design. Riding the way it was in the 'hay day'. Performance the way it is today.Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) if shown for a vehicle excludes set-up, freight, taxes, title, licensing or other dealer charges, and is subject to change. Individual dealer prices may vary.

New Triumph joins the family this Friday

Tue, 23 Mar 2010

With the nights drawing out it feels like an end to what has been a very long winter. I’ve been getting the train to work recently and if you’ve used London’s tube network in rush hour then you’ll know what I mean when I say the words ‘inhuman over crowding’. I had a call from the Triumph factory in Hinckley today and the good news is my new staff bike will be ready for collection on Friday.

Triumph has unveiled a new product called the Tiger Sport. The motorcycle received an inline 1050cc “triple”, installed on the latest generation of Speed Triple, an electronic “throttle”, a multi-level traction control, cruise control, ABS and a slipper clutch. There is no full specification yet, but it is known that the motorcycle will be produced in two color options: silver and black.

The Fonz Never Really Rode a Motorcycle!

Tue, 02 Jun 2009

According to the “King of Cool” himself, “The Fonz” (Henry Winkler) never actually rode any motorcycles during the ten year Happy Days television run.  Winkler, never rode a bike in real life either, he has dyslexia, which made it difficult for him to co-ordinate the clutch, throttle and brake.  Instead, the bikes (Harley Davidson’s, Triumph’s, BSA’s were used) were mounted on a piece of wood with wheels to make it look like he was riding, even though I am not shocked, I am a little disappointed… You can watch the interview with Winkler, the famous motorcycle jump “The Fonz” made over 14 trashcans and a bonus “Jump the Shark” video after the jump.
