Triumph Bonneville description

I am selling my 2013 Triumph Bonneville. This bike was purchased brand new in 2015. The bike had it's first oil change at 500 miles to synthetic and has just over 4,000 miles on it now.
This bike has every Triumph accessory available plus some other cool stuff.  If you are looking for a great bike with all the best parts, this is your ride.

Performance has been enhanced with a Arrow 2:2 full exhaust with Triumph ECM reflash. This really wakes up the engine on this bike and the exhaust sounds fantastic.

Suspension was greatly improved with custom valved Works Performance flat tracker rear shocks while the front forks got new RaceTech springs and better oil.  This makes the bike handle great and ride way better on bumpy road sections.

Riding comfort was improved with a swap to ProTaper 1-1/4" handlebars in ProTaper mounts, Biltwell grips and a Triumph Sixty8 gray and black seat.

Other cool accessories include:
  • Aluminum Vortex rear sprocket
  • Biltwell Mashburn foot pegs for the rider and billet pegs for the passenger
  • Billet rear view mirrors
  • Billet brake and clutch levers
  • Triumph black skid plate
  • Triumph throttle body covers, choke lever and clutch cable bracket.
  • Triumph Rubber Fork Gators
I also swapped out the stock signals for amber bullet signals and blacked out the tail light housing.
The front fender has been chopped to help clear the bigger diameter front tire.
For fun I added a Denali Air Horn for getting drivers' attention.

To make the bike more fun to ride and give it that aggressive look, I mounted a set of Shinko 705 dual sport tires. These tires are great as they still ride good on the street but allow you to bomb down fire roads whenever you want!
As you can see, the bike has all the parts you would want on your custom Bonneville. Bike is maintained well and washed and waxed regularly.

Why start with a stock bike when my bike has all the parts you already want.

Another bikes vs. car drift battle

Fri, 13 Jan 2012

Icon have just released a sequel to last year's popular drift video that featured Nick Brocha on a stretched ZX10 racing alongside a Corvette-Powered RX7.  Upping the stakes this time, Brocha is joined by Ernie Vigil, both onboard Triumph Speed Triples that have been built for the sole purpose of moving forward, but sideways. Taking up the rear is a supercharged 550hp Ford Mustang Cobra, quite apt really seeing how the film ends. Like the recent Jorian Ponomareff 'Drift Gymkhana', its great to see another video that does justice to the talent on show.

Triumph Teases Speed Triple 1200 RR Prototype

Tue, 17 Aug 2021

Faired Speed Triple tabbed for 2022 model year Triumph has started teasing a new faired version of the Speed Triple across its social media channels. Details remain scarce, as Triumph seems to have planned a long teaser campaign (and we know how much our readers love those), but we can form some conclusions based on the images we’ve seen, and on the name: the Speed Triple 1200 RR. From the name, it’s obvious the sportbike will be based on the Speed Triple 1200 RS, with a similar cast aluminum frame and 1160cc Triple which claims 177 hp at 10,750 rpm and 92 lb-ft.

Church of MO: 2011 Triumph Sprint GT Review

Sun, 26 Dec 2021

Well I’ll be. Triumph doesn’t even make a sport-tourer anymore; they’ve all been phased out in favor of adventure bikes, looks like. The Honda VFR1200F that was supposed to be its competition is also long defunct, and the BMW K1300S has also left the building.
