Hi Guys! For sale is my Triumph Bonneville, its is a steal at this price! This is one of the last years these were actually MADE IN BRITAIN, a true modern classic. 790cc with a clean title. Don't be fooled, there are many differences between the original modern classics and the new ones that are made in Taiwan. Mine includes metal front fender (new ones are plastic), bolted on Triumph badge (most new ones are painted) sleeker gas tank (new ones are bigger and pear shaped), carbs (vs fuel injected) etc. Many upgrades including drilled high performance front rotor, new pads, low profile Emgo mirrors, carbs jetted, custom de baffled pea shooter exhaust, K&N intake, air injection removed, 100% leather handmade saddle bags, king and queen seat, billy bars (highway bars), oil pressure gauge, brand new rear tire, tachometer, custom chrome trim, Sissy bar with luggage rack and more. Ive tried to keep it a stealth bike, so cosmetically it looks close to stock, but its 10x better functionally. Great condition, starts up every time, ready to ride this season! I added the Tachometer a couple years ago and it is the only thing that may need to be fiddled with, or just a new gauge ($20) put in. Always garage kept under a cover, just check out the photos. 21k, asking $3,999 or best reasonable offer! At the time, we were slightly underwhelmed and had to rate the new Speed Twin second, by a hair. 2022 Triumph Speed Twin Editor Score: 89.0% Engine 18.5/20 Suspension/Handling 13.0/15 Transmission/Clutch 9.0/10 Brakes 9.0/10 Instruments/Controls 3.5/5 Ergonomics/Comfort 9.5/10 Appearance/Quality 9.5/10 Desirability 8.5/10 Value 8.5/10 Overall Score 89/100 It was mostly a suspension thing; the Triumph’s old-timey 41mm cartridge fork and twin rear shocks couldn’t compete with the R nineT’s plush, adjustable setup.
Latus Racing to Enter AMA Pro Flat Track with Bonneville Performance
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Latus Motors Racing announced it is returning to AMA Pro Flat Track competition, working with the Bonneville Performance team with Triumph-powered machines. Last season, the Bonneville Performance team entered the first Triumph AMA Pro Flat Track team in 30 years. Johnny Lewis will ride Latus Motors Racing’s Castrol Triumph bike while Mikey Martin will ride the Bonneville Performance United States Marine Corps 2nd Battalion 4th Marines Triumph.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.
