Triumph Bonneville description

1978 Triumph Bonneville 750 , 5 speed , T140V ,this is a nice original bike that has spent many years in storage, the bike is not running due to a bad piston ,the top end was taken apart the cracked piston removed and bottom end was checked and found to be fine. the top end was put back on and loosely assembled to keep all parts clean and together while the bike was waiting repairs. It sat for many years but unfortunately was never repaired. the shop closed and the bike remained in storage ,the bike is complete minus some cylinder head bolts and the cracked piston.the engine kicks over freely, The brakes work, all the gauges are nice with odometer reading 14417 miles, all the bright work is very good ,as are the seat ,tank and fenders, the frame is clean , with matching serial #s to the engine, fork tubes are nice with no pitting or wear, and no leaks from the fork seals.Tires hold air and appear in good condition seeing it was stored on the center stand. This is a bike is in need of a set of piston  and rings and is worthy of being more than a parts bike. The bike is being sold as is with no implied warranty, and comes with a clean NH title and bill of sale. Local pickup only.I do not ship but have names of shipper if needed. payment is to be made in cash or certified bank check and you can take bike once the funds have cleared the bank.

Glen Richards back with Embassy Racing

Wed, 27 Oct 2010

One of the unsung heroes of the BSB paddock over the past few seasons, has to be 2010 Superstock 1000 runner up Glen Richards. A nasty tumble in at the Brands Hatch opener lead to four DNFs, but once back on track he pushed the dominant BMWs hard, finishing on the podium eight times. While many were trading their grannies to fund new S1000RRs, Richards kept the faith and rode the wheels off his Padgett’s Honda Fireblade.

Triumph Announce New Street Triple Lineup For 2023

Wed, 02 Nov 2022

Limited Edition Street Triple Moto2 Edition Headlines The Show Triumph has announced a shakeup to its ever-popular Street Triple range today, introducing not one, but three evolutions to the family, creating what it says is “the most powerful Street Triple range ever.” Building off the success it has forged by being the sole engine supplier for the Moto2 racing category, Triumph now introduces the Street Triple R, Street Triple RS, and the Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition – the latter of which will be relegated to just 765 units worldwide. Unlike Honda, whose CBR600RR engine was the basis of the Moto2 category during its birth, Triumph has used the racing category to advance the 765cc three-cylinder engine shared between the race bikes and production bikes. The latest Street Triple range is the beneficiary of those advancements.
