You are bidding on one nice Triumph Bonneville BH code 750cc T140V motorcycle from 1973 with no issues or problems, this bike is a blast to ride and gets tons of looks (and stories) it starts, runs, rides, stops, and displays very well, paint is nice with hand painted pinstripe under the clear, bikes like this with matching numbers, and most all of their org. parts are getting hard to come by. Clean Clear Indiana Title In My Name. I will be glad to assist with loading but shipping is up to the buyer (I have had very good luck with U-Ship), pick up is welcome, and I may even be willing to meet or deliver within a reasonable distance for gas money. This Bonneville has been well kept, all the chrome and aluminum parts have been cleaned/buffed, show nicely and are in pretty good shape for their age, the headlight bucket does show some poc marks but still shines up nice, most all the parts are original or NOS with the exception of a few pieces which are "EMGO repop", frame and engine numbers match, she fires right up (usually on the first kick) This bike has been completely gone over and is ready to ride,....Here Is a List Of Parts/Work New This Season Season: Tires/Tubes (still have rubber tits/almost no wear less than 100 miles!) also Spokes Adjusted/Wheels Trued up at that time, Battery, "Flat Track" Style Bars, Norton Fork Gaiters ("the good ones"), Throttle Cables, Tach Drive Unit, Shorty Turn Signals, Headlight Visor.....(less than 20 miles) : Triumph Logo Foot Peg Covers & Rubber Parts, Grips, Tach Drive Cable, Spark Plugs, Wires, brand new Tympanium Unit (no hassles from your Zenor Diode or analog Retifier/Regulator) Bulbs (except headlight which works but high beam only, I ordered one and they sent the wrong style) Tail Light Lens, Chain and Primary Adjusted, Oil Changed, Filter Cleaned & Sump Drained, Carbs Cleaned & Adjusted, as well as a complete general once over, I'm sure I'm forgetting some things but you get the idea. Gas tank is coated and clean inside with no rust, and everything works like its supposed to.....keep in mind that most all the parts are org. to this bike and it is 43 years old so don't expect brand new or "mint" but a nice rider, with that being said I am confident that you will be pleased with this bike, however please do your research and examine the pix you will receive exact bike shown, questions are always welcome. Here is the "bad".... as I said the low beam is out, the "regular" kickstand is missing, the ear is broken off, so you have to use the center stand, the turn signal switch is a little funky and tends to have a mind of its own, no big deal just thought I'd mention it, maybe a ground thing or it,may just need a cleaning, rear brake works fine but will squeak a lil, may just be adjustment. Clock shows 16,7xxx which I believe to be actual, other than those few things I think she's OK......pictures do not do this bike justice, it is in good condition with no issues, the most I ever went was around 100/150 miles round trip but she would do that ride without a hitch. Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule

AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.

Thirty-two years after his death, Steve McQueen still reigns as the coolest movie star to ever ride a motorcycle. One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.
