Triumph Bonneville description

Rare opportunity to bid on and buy a classic old school Triumph Chopper.

Based on a 1973 Triumph 750 Bonneville, this bike has a custom frame, polished cases, Joe Hunt mag and a House of Color metallic paint job. This bike is show quality through and through with great attention to detail and was featured in The Horse magazine and many local bike shows. This is a good running one or two kick starting bike, awesome condition, ready to ride or display, clear KS title being sold for a good friend of mine with no reserve.

Frame.

Powdercoated black rims, Harley forks, spool front wheel, Sportster rear re-lased with new spokes, PM caliper and rotor. Powder coated rabbit ear bars, custom hand made leather seat, vintage headlight and custom vet syringe hand shifter. No horn or speedo fitted, just a battery and box, on/off switch and dimmer with all wiring hidden inside the frame tubes for a very clean look.

Akrapovic full system for Triumph Daytona 675

Tue, 28 Jun 2011

From Akrapovic is a new full system for the Triumph 675 Daytona: After extensive research and development with the Smiths (Gloucester) Racing team, Akrapovic have now launched a full system for the popular 675 Daytona. Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.

Sat, 17 Mar 2012

As with most contests of speed, it’s only a matter of time before a record falls. In 2011 Rev. Ray Biddiss’ set a Guinness World Record aboard his Triumph Rocket with hearse sidecar for the fastest motorcycle hearse, with a record speed of 114mph.

Motorcycle Freestyle Rider Ernie Vigil Puts Triumph’s Scrambler Through The Wringer [Video]

Wed, 21 Mar 2012

With its on/off-road tires, spoke wheels, high rise dual exhaust, protective fork gators and flat one-piece seat and handlebar, Triumph’s Scrambler evokes notions of a McQueen-esque go anywhere, do anything machine in a modern motorcycle. It’s probably safe to assume few Scrambler owners today put their retrofied rides to the test, seeing just how much abuse the 865cc parallel-Twin-powered Scrambler can take. However, in this Triumph North America video, freestyle rider Ernie Vigil (the video’s editor and co-creator) does what most Scrambler owners wish they were capable of with their new/old Trumpet.
