Seller is 70 yrs old & the original titled owner with original title, bill of sale, & New Triumph Owners Letter. Unique Higher Handle Bar installed @ purchase on June 5,1970 from Bill Carpenter Motor Sales, Lancaster,Ohio.
$4000 Refurbishing/Restoration done in 2003-2003 by Ron Jones @ Stark Triumph,Navarre, Ohio. Bike has been garaged & unstarted since 2005 but engine turned over w kick starter approx.every 3-6 weeks. Seller is not mechanically knowledgeable but known flaws are: oil leak, both carbs leak, torn left front fork rubber covering, discolored paint @ base of Tank's filler neck, small paint chip on underside of Tank. The Triple's ready, three days early!
Wed, 24 Mar 2010Mark Forsyth returned our Bonneville long termer today, and the Speed Triple was ready at the triumph factory to be brought back with him…three days early. Here’s a picture of it ‘wedged’ in the back of our new Ford Wildtrak. The bad news is, it won’t arrive at our London office until Friday, patience Andy, patience.

Sun, 13 Nov 2022Now it’s the Triumph Street Scrambler, but 10 years ago it was the Triumph only Scrambler, and it was time to open fire with the Steve McQueen marketing machine. Seems to have worked, really, and Triumph has seen fit since then to update the base Scrambler with a bigger new liquid-cooled Twin that still looks vintage. And its pair of bigger Scrambler 1200s, XE and XC, are truly sublime motorcycles we’d ride anywhere.
2013 Triumph Special Edition Bonneville and Speed Triple Announced
Fri, 01 Mar 2013Triumph has revealed Special Edition versions of the Bonneville and Speed Triple for 2013, proving once again that nothing delivers a bang for the buck like cosmetic enhancements to popular models. Most appealing to our eyes is the subtle but sexy Triumph Speed Triple SE (pictured above.) Its Matte Graphite color is beautifully set off by soft blue accents of the frame, swingarm, subframe and wheel pinstriping. Included on the SE are a color-matched fly screen, belly pan and seat cowl.
