Seller is 70 yrs old & the original titled owner with original title, bill of sale, & New Triumph Owners Letter. Unique Higher Handle Bar installed @ purchase on June 5,1970 from Bill Carpenter Motor Sales, Lancaster,Ohio.
$4000 Refurbishing/Restoration done in 2003-2003 by Ron Jones @ Stark Triumph,Navarre, Ohio. Bike has been garaged & unstarted since 2005 but engine turned over w kick starter approx.every 3-6 weeks. Seller is not mechanically knowledgeable but known flaws are: oil leak, both carbs leak, torn left front fork rubber covering, discolored paint @ base of Tank's filler neck, small paint chip on underside of Tank. The custom Triumph Scrambler, pictured in the rendering above, and the Thruxton will be sold at the Tony Hawk Foundation’s “Stand Up for Skateparks” gala auction Oct. 2 in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Sulfur Yellow Triumph Daytona 675 Highlights New 2012 Colors
Tue, 15 May 2012Triumph announced a number of new paint schemes for several of its models. While the new options are for the most part merely cosmetic, the lone exception is the new sulfur yellow 2012 Triumph Daytona 675. We’re not quite sure it’s good marketing for a color scheme that reminds you of the smell of rotten eggs, but the sulfur yellow Daytona 675 also sports a number of upgrades.
2012 Triumph Daytona 675 Revealed; Graphics Both Bolder and Newer
Thu, 01 Sep 2011Triumph revealed the 2012 edition of its Daytona 675 supersport, featuring a few cosmetic changes from the 2011 model. For 2012, the Triumph Daytona675 will be available in Phantom Black or Diablo Red. Cosmetic updates include new decals, updated Triumph script on the fuel tank, and a jet black bellypan similar to the Daytona 675R unveiled earlier this year.
