Triumph Bonneville that spent it's whole life covered up in garages. 27 total miles. Engine last run (not driven) about 1986. No dents, no scratches, turns over normal, leaks a couple of drops per year. no rust except some inside tank, some zinc plating lost their shine, the spokes, some bolt heads. Comes with an NOS gas tank. Barry 310 569 1383 Addendums: A. Comes with a blue top nos Lucas battery if I can find it. B. The rear of the seat should have "Triumph" painted on it--nothing there. Either it fell off and disappeared through cleaning or the cover was changed. C. The decal "Bonneville" is missing from the tank, that too could have disentegrated and wiped clean off. D. As stated above, comes with an additional nos tank, I now doubt it is NOS because the paint job is far superior to the tank on the bike and it doesn"t have the "Bonneville" sticker on it either. Freedom Friday Photo Contest
Fri, 12 Apr 2013Freedom Friday is a call-to-action on the AMA’s Facebook page each Friday to alert motorcyclists about issues posing threats to motorcycling freedoms. Riders can partake in a weekly contest related to these issues and win prizes. Each week’s Freedom Friday photo contest asks AMA members to send a photo of themselves, preferably with their bike, near a symbol of the current topic. The issue that kicks off today is access discrimination, which can be illustrated with a photo of a “No Motorcycles Allowed” sign, “Wilderness” sign or anything related to freedom to illustrate their concern as a motorcyclist.
