Triumph Daytona description

2013 Triumph Daytona 675, For sale is a new 2013 Triumph Daytona 675, I had this beautiful machine shipped in from Georgia to my front door, and I must say it's a head turning bike. The Daytona has 410 miles on it so it's still in the break in period I have been strictly following the owner's manual on how this bike should be broken in so you can rest assured it has not been beaten on at all. Due to the fact it's still within the 500 mile break in period I can promise you this bike has never seen anything over 75 MPH which is the max speed set for the first 500 miles. The bike is always under a car port and has never seen rain, dirt, or any other element. Over all it's a brand new bike with the break in process almost over, I have had this bike for an extremely short period of time and I sad to let it go but little over a week after I received the bike my girlfriend and I found out we would be having a little one. Meaning the bike must go and a more sensible vehicle will take its place. One last thing to point out is this blue and white triumph has the upgraded break solenoids and engine mapping to ensure smooth power and smooth stopping. All the gear you see in the picture goes with the bike for free. $600 2013 shoei helmet, $300 2nd shoei helmet, $59 alpinestars gloves, and $200 alpinestars track vest and ce2 back protector. Twin-Engined Triumph Rocket Streamliner To Challenge Motorcycle Land-Speed Record At Bonneville

Thu, 29 Aug 2013

The 1,000-horsepower Castrol Rocket is currently undergoing testing for its upcoming assault on the land speed record of 376.156 mph, set in 2010, by Rocky Robinson with the Ack Attack streamliner. The goal: a 400-mph-plus record-breaking run. The 25-foot long x 2-foot wide x 3-foot high streamliner was constructed in cooperation by Hot Rod Conspiracy and Carpenter Racing and will compete in the Division C (Streamlined) – Type V (5) Spark Ignition, Over 2,000cc to 3,000cc class. Powering the Rocket are two heavily modified Triumph Rocket III engines. Each Carpenter Racing built engine was reduced from 2,294cc to 1,485cc (2,970cc total) to meet the 3,000cc maximum total displacement class rule requirement. While piston size remains the same stock 4-inch bore, stroke was reduced from 3.75 inches to 2.4 inches and redline increased from 5,750 rpm to 9,000+ rpm. There’s also one Garrett GT2876R ball bearing, liquid-cooled turbocharger per engine.

Triumph Sets Sales Record but Suffers First Operating Loss Since 2009

Thu, 12 Dec 2013

Triumph sold 52,089 motorcycles from its fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, setting a new company record for annual sales. At the same time, the company announced an operating loss of £95,000 (US$155,300), the company’s time in the red since 2009. Much of the operating loss was caused by foreign currency exchanges and the cost of starting up manufacturing facilities in Brazil and India.

Drift 3: The Driftpocalypse!

Wed, 03 Jul 2013

Nick “Apex” Brocha and Ernie “E-Dub” Vigil are back for more motorcycle drifting action in their latest flick, Drift 3: The Driftpocalypse! In case you’re not one of the 30 million people who’ve seen the original Drift 1 or Drift 2, the setup is really quite simple: Apex and E-Dub take their specially prepared drift machines and battle it out with their four-wheeled counterparts. The rest is a tasty treat for the eyes.
