Triumph Daytona description

I have a 1997 Triumph Daytona T595, 955cc. The only issue is that it shuts off sometimes while idling at a red light. These bikes can be mapped, I have the OBD2 cable that I will add and the software is free, TuneEcu. You can do many thing through this program. It runs great and its strong. These bikes are like Ducati and BMW. Now that we got this out of the way........

First Look: Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support

Tue, 02 Nov 2010

I'm predominantly a road rider, so I haven't had much to do with neck braces, until now. I'm heading on the launch of the new Triumph Tiger 800 and there will be a session of light off-roading so I thought this would be a chance to try the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support, mainly to see what it was like for day-to-day use. I hope I don't crash hard enough to test its protection qualities and I don't expect to be clearing any table tops either, but I'm curious to know how I get on with the BNS and whether it feels claustrophobic.

A thing of beauty?

The weather was pretty good over the weekend and I managed to get 500 miles in and become better acquainted with the Speed Triple. I’m still running it in but as it’s reputation suggest the bike doesn’t disappoint. There are some noticeable differences over most other naked bikes I’ve ridden, you could call them quirks, but i'll talk about those in a week or so.
