Triumph Bonneville description

2010 Triumph Bonneville SE - PACIFIC BLUE, A 2010 Triumph Bonneville SE. Naked and beautiful. It attracts old men who walk up and tell you stories about the Triumph they owned when they were young and crazy. It fools most people who think it is a restored relic of past. But it isn't. The lights work and it doesn't leak oil. And it sounds oh so good. This one is made better with after-market silencers, Givi windscreen, and dresser bars. Seriously. With 6500 miles logged by a speed averse adult, it is just like new..or probably better than new. If so fine, you ask, why sell? I'm ready to hit the road for longer trips and this bike is hip/cool in short doses, but it ain't no touring machine. Asking $7200 843-385-6175. Myrtle Beach $7,200.00

Street Triple gets a Yoshi boost

Fri, 21 Jan 2011

Yoshimura, the purveyors of fine aftermarket exhausts have put the heads together for these fine looking high-level cans for the Triumph Street Triple. According to the PR; the exhausts offer a considerable gain in performance over the stock items (dyno results below), with a significant weight reduction. The stock exhausts top the scales at 7.2kg and with the top-of-the-range carbon slip-ons, the weight is shaved down to 3.5kg.

New Stuff: Bridgestone BT-016 Pro's

Thu, 24 Mar 2011

Well it was inevitable really, the gloriously sticky and not very durable Metzler Racetec K3's had seen their last mile on the Triumph. After being ripped through 2500 miles by the Speeds thumping 1050 Triple motor the rear had all but squared off. To replace them I’ve opted for Bridgestones new BT-16 Pro's because their previous incarnation had proved to offer supersport grip in the corners but also offer high mileage rates.

2023 Triumph Modern Classics Range Get New Colors, New Names

Tue, 05 Jul 2022

Speed Twin 900 and Scrambler 900 name changes are now official Triumph announced updated color options for its Bonneville “Modern Classics” range, as well as new names for the Street Scrambler and Street Twin. The 2023 paint schemes are generally more vibrant than the 2022 colors, a change brought about in part from the popularity of last year’s Gold Line edition models. Confirming the news we first reported in May, the Street Scrambler has been renamed the Scrambler 900, while the Street Twin will now be called the Speed Twin.
