Here it is!! The one you have been waiting for!! Ok one for your consideration. This is a 1971 Triumph T120R built in January. Vin # AE08109. The frame and engine numbers do match. The engine turns over freely and is a great candidate for a rebuild. This is exactly how we purchased it, includes all you see and the extra bailing wire ,insulation ect. We feel by offering this "as is" we can keep the price down and let the bidders decide its worth..The more our techs have to do the higher the price. That being said be sure to ask all questions before bidding and look at the pictures closely!! The one note is that the frame is bent on the front left downtube. There is a picture showing this. There was no tank or seat on the bike when we found it. Again it is sold "as is" so please look closely !!! I don’t want to mislead anyone so be sure you are capable in your skills to take this project on. You are not going to throw gas in it and go!!!! It needs everything gone through for mechanical and safety reasons. As of this date there is no title…A bill of sale will be included and a Title can be obtained at a cost of $300.00 on top of sale. Triumph is recalling motorcycles due to problems with electronics
Fri, 07 Nov 2014America, Bonneville, Bonneville T100, Rocket III Roadster, Rocket III Touring, Scrambler, Speedmaster, Thruxton, Thunderbird, Thunderbird Storm, Tiger 800 and Tiger 800XC will be recalled by the British company. According to the manufacturer, the engine control unit of some motorcycles may malfunction, due to which one of the fuel injectors will inject additional fuel into the engine cylinder. As a result, the engine will either not start or stall during operation due to excessive re-enrichment of the combustible mixture.

Bringing its big ADV into line with the 900s, the Tiger 1200 will be offered in five trims: GT, GT Pro, GT Explorer, Rally Pro, and Rally Explorer which follow the same naming scheme with the GT trims being more road-focused while the Rally versions offer off-road accoutrement such as larger wheels and more suspension travel.
Triumph’s Wheel Bearing Recall Spreads to US for 2011-2012 Daytona 675, Street Triple and 2012 Thunderbird and Thunderbird Storm
Thu, 07 Feb 2013Earlier this week, we wrote about a recall in Canada for unapproved wheel bearings for the 2011-2012 Triumph Daytona 675 sportbike and its naked sibling the Street Triple. As expected, a similar recall has now been announced for the U.S., adding the Thunderbird and Thunderbird Storm cruisers to the campaign. The recall also affects the 2011-2012 Triumph Street Triple R but the Daytona 675R is not included in the recall.
