Triumph Bonneville description
This 1962 Triumph has been totally restored. New rims, tires, tubes, primer and drive chains, paint. Gas tank has been cleaned & treated. Custom seat is 2"-3" lower than regular seat. Motor rebuilt and carburator redone and wiring done by a professional shop. Had motorcycle put together for myself but I ride another bike now. This motorcycle has not been broken in since motor rebuild. There is no hours on bike since rebuild. Selling it because I have too many bikes. |

Highlighting this year’s exciting activities was the emergence of another new and soon to be renown custom bike builder to the sport for which the Calendar Show is known for cultivating. Taking Best of Show in this year’s Calendar Bike Building Championship was Calin Senciac’s Imagine Vehicles International / ImagineVehicles.com motorsports fabrication shop with an incredible custom billet aluminum designed chassis built by Terry Ward and the shop crew, housing a legendary 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc air-cooled in-line 6-cylinder engine.
A thing of beauty?
Mon, 29 Mar 2010The weather was pretty good over the weekend and I managed to get 500 miles in and become better acquainted with the Speed Triple. I’m still running it in but as it’s reputation suggest the bike doesn’t disappoint. There are some noticeable differences over most other naked bikes I’ve ridden, you could call them quirks, but i'll talk about those in a week or so.
