Triumph 500 5T Speed Twin tech info
Triumph 500 5T Speed Twin description
Quite nice, unrestored (or restored some time ago) 1948 Triumph twin. Bought from the Ed Brooks estate in 2011. Raber's did quite a bit of work to the inside of the engine and trans, which sadly wasn't quite as nice as the exterior. It runs and rides now as it should, though I find it a bit undergeared If I end up keeping it, a change of crankshaft sprocket will be in order. Clean California title, no issues. I will assist with shipping details but will not crate. Shipping otherwise the responsibility of the buyer. Price negotiable. Interested parties can call four zero eight three one six seven two zero five. Thanks for looking. |

Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third.
