1914 Harley-davidson 1914 Model 10e on 2040-motos

For sale: our completely restored and original 1914 Harley-Davidson - Sidecar combination.

It is a 2 cylinder Model E10 chaindrive with matching crankcase and cylinders (original) numbers. The sidecar is a original, very rare, only 1 year official delivered model by Harley-Davidson. The sidecar was made for Harley by Rogers-sidecars. After 1914 Harley made his own sidecars but that was a total different model.

The combination has a Dutch registration! No U.S.A. Tittle!

The engine is complet rebuild by Antiquebikes- Sweden. Has for example new valves / guides, pistons and crankshaft / big-end, incl bearings. The original magneto has been overhauled by Magneto Ignition Supplies Ltd and works perfect.  The combination has original color. The  original color was hidden under several layers of paint. The old nickel is nickel plated again.

The gastank and separate oiltank, with integrated toolbox  ( model 1914) are replaced by perfect aftermarket parts from the U.S.A.

The combination is ready for running but hasn’t run yet. I have not filled her up with gasoline or oil because of  possible smell ( when you show it in a boardroom, office or shop). If the buyer wants I can fill her with oil and gasoline and start /drive the combination ( after fine tuning magneto and carburator). Valuation report from  dollar 140600 is available. The bike is located in the area of Almelo in the Netherlands. I can help with the crate and shipping to any country. The cost of transport is for the buyer.
