Suzuki SV description

This 2008 SV 650 S is in great condition with tasteful modifications! The paint is very clean on it, which one would expect with a bike that only has 4,703 miles on it! The bike has been ridden lightly and has never been raced or tracked.  All of the maintenance has been done when needed.  It has a zero sports black windshield, custom license plate mount to get rid of the ugly stock rear fender extension, custom rear blinkers that are also bolts that fasten the license plate; Although small they are very bright.  The bike has a two brothers racing carbon fiber slip on exhaust which gives it a great sound.  The stock front blinkers have also been modified with smaller hidden ones that are in the headlight cluster.  I really just don't ride this bike that much and realized that it needs a new home so please let my lack of time to ride be your enjoyment.  The bike handles like a dream as SV's are known for and the v twin sound is great.  I bought the bike from a female who rode it only 2,000 miles back in 2009.  I will not ship the bike unless the buyer sets u all of the shipping up.

2023 Suzuki GSX-8S First Look

Tue, 08 Nov 2022

Suzuki's all-new platform is a sign of things to come. At long last, the spiritual successor to Suzuki’s wildly popular SV650 (but not the actual successor, the SV is still staying in the Suzuki lineup) is finally here. Say hello to the GSX-8S, a motorcycle Suzuki says was “engineered from the ground up as an innovative path for future Suzuki sportbikes…” While we all process what that means for Suzuki’s future, let’s delve into the present day and take a closer look at Suzuki’s new middleweight naked bike.

MotoGP should return to Suzuka

Thu, 14 Jul 2011

Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.

Wanna Take Your Bike for a Spin Across the Lake?

Sat, 01 Nov 2008

If you’re anything like me you’ve spent hundreds of hours dreaming of the time you could ride a motorcycle across the water – perhaps even take a scenic ride to the Caribbean. Anybody…hello…Bueller? OK, I’ve never actually thought about it before in my life, but somebody has.
