Suzuki SV tech info
Suzuki SV description
In 2003, Suzuki redesigned the SV650 with a new pressure-cast aluminum truss frame, new bodywork, new swing-arm with revised rear brake caliper mounting, new exhaust, brand new digital speedometer display and a new electronic fuel injection-induction system to replace the carburator. For 2004, Suzuki pre-owned a new, 40 mm lower subframe and a seat with a narrower design in the front. The trail was raised by two mm, and the rear fender was restyled to clean up the area under the tail lamps and provide more protection against flying debris. In 2005, the frame was changed from silver to a matte black finish. - Dealer inspection, This SUZUKI is in Excellent overall exterior condition - Tachometer, Fuel Injected, Disc Brakes - Contact SF Moto at 415-255-XXXX or XXXX@yahoo.com for more info. - A little bit about us, SF Moto is a locally owned shop catering to 1st time scooter & motorcycle buyers. Parallel-Twin Suzuki V-Strom and SV650 Successors Spied
Thu, 01 Sep 2022We dare you, Suzuki: call it the P-Strom Credit: Photos by BMH-Images Spy photographers have snapped images of two new Suzuki prototypes powered by a new Parallel-Twin engine. The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.
Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?
Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
Goodbye Hyperbike: Suzuki Ends Hayabusa Production
Thu, 27 Dec 2018The legendary beast goes down in history after twenty years of dominating the highways, dragstrips and the earth's surface in general. The hyperbike is being discontinued due to non-compliance with the Euro-4 environmental standard, but its story does not end there. The company is clearly preparing its successor, as indicated by the renewal of the Hayabusa trademarks.
