Suzuki SV description

2003 Suzuki Sv1000s , This is NOT an S model the format will not allow me to enter SV1000. This is a rare 2003 SV1000 V-twin. It is the only year that the non-S was imported to the US. This bike is senior owned and has a high giggle factor when riding it. Caution: spontaneous wheelies inevitable. It has new tires, new braided brake and clutch lines, a micro faring and chin cowl, rebuilt forks, tank protector, Dale Walker pipes that give it a great sound, Integrated tail light with turn signals, slipper clutch, steering damper, pillion seat and rear pegs (not shown.) This bike is very fun to ride and it's ready to go. Bike located east of Los Angeles. 562 500-4446

AMA Sportbike: 2012 Daytona 200 Results

Tue, 20 Mar 2012

The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.

‘Rides like a dream’

Fri, 07 Mar 2014

Although aftermarket grips and LED strips are both listed on the ad for this poor Suzuki, there’s no mention of the single disc conversion at the front of the bike. It’s a good job the seller is in no rush to sell. Surely this is the worst looking SV650 ever? You can see the original ad here.

2012 GSX-R1000 arrives at Visordown HQ

Wed, 23 May 2012

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
