THIS BIKE IS A PERSONAL FRIEND OF MINE'S AND HIS SON GOT OUT OF RACING WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON FOR SELL. THIS RM WAS A BACK UP PRACTICE BIKE WHICH IT'S GREAT CONDITION SHOWS. THIS BIKE HAS NOT EVEN 2 HOURS ON A ENTIRE BRAND NEW ENGINE BUILT BY PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC. YES, THE TOP AND BOTTOM END ARE NEW. EVERY GASKET, BEARING, SEAL, THE CRANK, PISTON, RINGS, ETC ARE NEW. THE CLUTCH IS ALSO BRAND NEW AS WELL. ALL PARTS USED WERE NEW FACTORY SUZUKI PARTS. THIS RM HAS RENTHAL TWINWALL HANDLEBARS, RENTHAL ACCU TRACK ADJUSTABLE TRIPLE CLAMP, RENTHAL CHAIN AND SPROCKETS, GOLD ALLOY PRO-WHEELS, FMF FATTY PIPE, AND AFTERMARKET FOOTPEGS. US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
Suzuki Forecasts 9% Increase in North American Sales in 2011-2012 Fiscal Year
Thu, 23 Jun 2011Suzuki Motor Corporation released its forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2012, predicting a 9.4% increase in worldwide motorcycle unit sales including a 9.0% increase in the North American market. The fiscal forecast, delayed from Suzuki’s previous quarterly report in May because of the uncertainty caused by the March 11 earthquake, paints a positive picture for the current fiscal year. Suzuki forecasts sales of about 55,000 units in North America, an increase from about 50,000 units sold the previous fiscal year.
Suzuki Recursion Concept – Turbocharged 588cc Claims 99 hp and 74 ft-lb.
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Suzuki has released new images of its turbocharged Recursion concept. Revealed at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, the Recursion, along with Kawasaki’s supercharged inline-Four engine herald a return to forced induction motorcycles last commonly seen in the ’80s. According to Suzuki, the Recursion’s 588cc parallel-Twin engine with an intercooler turbo produces 99 hp at 8000 rpm while also claiming 74 ft-lb.
