Suzuki Other description

This machine is a Monster Jam! The model was originally created to take you to places no other moto would be able to go, but in no time they became urban head turners on the streets of Paris. This Suzuki RV90 has been recently rebuilt with lots of love and attention to detail, and it's not been used since. It has brand new (unused, never used) tires, new handle bar grips, new gaskets and piston rings in the cylinder, flawless seat upholstery, rear shocks from a RV125 for a nicer stance, and the front fender has been cut smaller for a bit more sporty look. Finally the whole thing has been painted over by USA Auto Body and Painting here in San Francisco with lots of clear coat and zero defects. Now, these things are veterans, and they obviously have their flaws. In this one the lights don't work, (wiring) and the choke lever is really stiff. Apart from those minor details, this thing takes myself and my wife up and down the steep hills of San Francisco with no problem. Will help with loading the bike, but the shipping needs to be arranged by the user. Comes with bill of sale only and with no back fees.

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.
