Bike haslow miles but I have ridden it for the summer and repaired everything that it needed.I pulled the head and cylinders and decarbonized it. The pistons and cylindersare in terrific shape I honed them very lightly and installed new rings. The crankseals are good. I cleaned and rebuilt the carbs and installed new rubber coverson the linkages and the throttle rods. Battery is almost new. I installed both rear sprockets and installed a new heavy duty chain.It has a new rear tire and new fork seals, new seal on gas cap and the pet cockis rebuilt. new seal in oil pump and new o rings on the feed lines. Pump works great.The timing is set with a dial indicator. I am a retired machinist and mechanicand take pride in my work. The gas tank is very clean inside. Wed, 23 Mar 2016The Japanese are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the legendary Suzuki Katana motorcycle, whose appearance on the road still stuns the layman. Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.

Wed, 27 Nov 2013Suzuki has released new images of its turbocharged Recursion concept. Revealed at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, the Recursion, along with Kawasaki’s supercharged inline-Four engine herald a return to forced induction motorcycles last commonly seen in the ’80s. According to Suzuki, the Recursion’s 588cc parallel-Twin engine with an intercooler turbo produces 99 hp at 8000 rpm while also claiming 74 ft-lb.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results
Tue, 21 Feb 2012Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.
