Suzuki Other description

This bike is in very attractive condition, especially for a vintage dual-sport. It has had a full tuneup and is ready for the next owner to have a blast with it. Recent Maintenance: - New battery - New carburetor, with correct jetting - New fuel lines & Filter - Combustion chamber decarbonized - New spark plug Running / Operating Condition: Starts on the 1st 2 or 3 kicks if ridden everyday, more if its been sitting. Smokes on start up, but runs strong once warmed up. All electrics work, including headlamp, brake light, and neutral light. This bike did not come with turn signals, but there is wiring and a turn signal switch should you choose to add them. The headlamp switch is missing, so it always runs with the headlamp on. The tires have plenty of tread. This bike is lightweight and a ton of fun. Cosmetic Condition: Cosmetically, the bike is in very great shape for its age. There is some rust & patina, but it is hard to notice from four feet away. Please take a close look at the images for more details. Title Info: The bike is registered in my name to the state of Vermont, which does not issue titles to vehicles 15 yrs or older. However, when you transfer ownership to another state, they are required to provide you with a title. The process may vary from state to state, so please contact your DMV before bidding. Please let me know if you have any questions. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange delivery of the bike.

Intermot 2012: Updated Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive Introduced in Cologne

Wed, 03 Oct 2012

Suzuki introduced an updated Burgman 650 scooter at the 2012 Intermot show, refining the maxi-scooter’s styling and giving a boost in fuel economy. The 2013 Suzuki Burgman 650 is powered by a 638cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine, the same powerplant used when the scooter first debuted in 2002. Though the engine is essentially the same, Suzuki claims the 2013 Burgman 650 uses 15% less fuel than the previous model due to a refined  transmission system and reduced losses from friction.
