Motor has excellent compression.  All there.  Needs wiring work.  I let a friend put a battery in a while back and he crossed the leads and burned a couple of wires.  I have owned this bike over 15 years.  Was a nice rider.  Has done Deal's Gap a few times.  Typical of bikes from the seventies goes like crazy in a straight line. Fun to ride.  Turning or stopping was not a big thing then.  Have an original side covers with excellent emblems intact (just not on) as well as original Suzuki 750 GT shop manual.   I live in the deep, deep south.  Chrome is pitted terribly.  Was beautiful when it got here.  Now, not so much.  Complete bike.  Title in hand

Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.

The series opened April 26 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., and moves to Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., for the 2014 Arai Pacific Nationals May 3-4.

Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.

Schwantz, who won the 1993 500cc World Championship with Suzuki, joined test riders Randy de Puniet and Nobuastu Aoki in riding the new prototype which is set to enter the MotoGP championship in 2015. Ryan Villopoto won his fifth race of the season while James Stewart took second place to just barely remain in contention for the 2014 AMA Supercross title. Meanwhile it was a bitter-sweet podium for third-place finisher KTM‘s Ryan Dungey who was officially mathematically eliminated from title contention. Racing in his home town of Seattle, Wash., Villopoto led every lap en route to an easy win, his fifth of the season.

Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.
