1974 Suzuki GT750 Water Buffalo. The biggest 2-stroke triple Suzuki ever made. This bike starts right up and idles very well. I had the (3) carbs professionally rebuilt at Montgomery Motorcycles in San Clemente. It shifts well. All electronics including the fan, gages, lights, turn signals all work great. It needs front brakes and the tires are old - but they hold air very well. The rear brake works ok, probably could use a new brake shoe. So, I haven't driven it faster than about 30 mph since its so powerful it got a bit scary with lacking brakes. I have too many projects and don't see making time to finish the brakes and tires this year. Let me know if you have any questions. I can deliver the bike within about 50 miles of San Juan Capistrano, California for $100. The motorcycle has been in southern California all its life. This is a Suzuki TS250 with 3,167 original miles, never been dropped, everything on the bike is original including the seat cover which is still soft. The bike has new front and rear Dunlap tires, new battery, new gaskets. The bike runs very good, it may need a tune up. The tool kit is complete and has never been used, I have the original owner's manual. The front headlight is not working and the hi/low switch on the handlebar is stuck. Suitcase Cycle would buy in motorcycles (lightweight bikes from Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki) and do the conversions in their warehouse to make them easy to breakdown. Quick-disconnects were added to the wiring harnesses, frames were modified to be quickly taken apart. Schwantz, who joined the Suzuki MotoGP test team for its test at Austin in Texas, USA earlier this year, rode the GSX-RR while Uncini demonstrated the GSV-R that last competed in the 2011 MotoGP series. Kevin Schwantz: “I started very carefully as we didn’t start from pit-lane and without tyre warmers, but I soon felt the machine was being very stable and I was able to speed-up.

Fri, 03 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing has signed former AMA Pro 250 Motocross Champion Blake Baggett to the team today during the 2015 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (SMAI) Dealer Meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Baggett will join Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart in the premier class for the 2015 AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross seasons, but his first race on the Yoshimura Suzuki RM-Z450 will be Las Vegas’ Monster Energy Cup later this month.
Bonhams Auctioning “Blur” Guitarist’s Motorcycles For Charity

Pirelli To Remain Tire Supplier For All World Superbike Classes Through 2018

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool
