1974 Suzuki GT750 Water Buffalo. The biggest 2-stroke triple Suzuki ever made. This bike starts right up and idles very well. I had the (3) carbs professionally rebuilt at Montgomery Motorcycles in San Clemente. It shifts well. All electronics including the fan, gages, lights, turn signals all work great. It needs front brakes and the tires are old - but they hold air very well. The rear brake works ok, probably could use a new brake shoe. So, I haven't driven it faster than about 30 mph since its so powerful it got a bit scary with lacking brakes. I have too many projects and don't see making time to finish the brakes and tires this year. Let me know if you have any questions. I can deliver the bike within about 50 miles of San Juan Capistrano, California for $100. The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.
