Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. See your state laws. As per KY state law a 6% sales tax will be collected for theses states: KY, IN, FL, AZ, CA, MI, SC, WA, & MA on purchase price of vehicle. All motorcycle purchases will have an $110 document fee added. |

Suzuki Forms Joint Venture for Developing Fuel Cell Technology
Tue, 07 Feb 2012Suzuki announced it is partnering with U.K.-based Intelligent Energy Holdings to form a joint venture for developing fuel cell systems. The new joint venture, SMILE FC System Corporation, will work on developing fuel cell systems for both motorcycles and automobiles. Intelligent Energy, with its fuel cell expertise and Suzuki, with its mass production capabilities, will each have 50% share of SMILE FC.
MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule
Tue, 19 Jun 2012MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
