THERE ARE NO CRACKED PLASTIC OR TEARS IN THE SEAT. THE SEAT IS MISSING THE DRIVER BACK REST. THERE IS NO LUGGAGE RACK FOR THE BACK JUST THE PLATE. THE BAG WENT ON HIS NEW BURGMAN.
