Suzuki Other description

2011 Suzuki Burgman 650 EXECUTIVE, Mileage 1,281 (all highway). One owner. Always stored indoors and never crashed, damaged, or laid down. There are no scratches. Regular maintenance carried out by owner. The Burgman 650 is an excellent crossover scooter. Mirrors fold with the flick of a switch. Windscreen can also be raised and lowered by switch. Automatic transmission that can be switched over to manual for more control when needed. It can easily reach speeds in excess of 100 mph. Other features include anti-lock brakes and a huge storage space under the seat. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is I've got a couple of young kids now and it's just sitting in the garage getting dusty. Accessories included: Magellan GPS with RAM mount, HUGE removable Givi Top Case (with brake light kit installed) mounted on the back. No financing. Please note that cash or bank check are the ONLY options. Due to multiple fraud attempts already, I will not sell to anyone who is not willing to personally inspect and test drive the bike.

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.

Suzuki Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results

Fri, 07 Feb 2014

Suzuki reported a 13.1% decrease in motorcycle sales volume over the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, but still managed a 17.8% increase in net sales from its motorcycle division. That may seem like a paradox, but the results can be explained by a more favorable exchange rate for the Japanese yen and by looking closer at where those sales decreases took place. The yen has turned around significantly over the last year and a half, vastly improving how foreign sales affect Suzuki’s bottom line.

MotoGP Approves “Factory 2″ Rules

Tue, 18 Mar 2014

We’re just days away from the start of the 2014 MotoGP season and one would think it’s a little late for series organizers to make any significant rule changes. At least, one would think that if one were unfamiliar with the political back-and-forths going on between the major manufacturers and MotoGP promoter Dorna. But with the season-opening Qatar round about to begin, the Grand Prix Commission approved new rules establishing a compromise between the new Factory and Open options.
