Suzuki Introduces Extremely Rare 2014 GSX-R1000 SE Limited Production

In honor of Suzuki’s 50th Anniversary in America, the company has introduced the exclusive, limited-production Suzuki GSX-R1000 SE – with a total of just 50 numbered motorcycles to be sold through Suzuki dealers in America, and only 100 produced worldwide. No internal modifications have been made to the GSX-R1000, but the visual changes are quite obvious. Bling is the name of the game, and this SE model adds singular style that is most evident in the polished and chrome-plated frame, plus the machined and polished chrome rims with clear-coated blue spokes.

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. 45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013

Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
