Yoshimura Suzuki Signs Martin Cardenas to Race AMA Superbike Championship

Reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas has signed on to race in the AMA Superbike class for Yoshimura Suzuki. The move was rumored to be in the works for quite some time now, especially following Cardenas’ release from the final year of his contract with his former employer Team Hammer. Cardenas will return to the Superbike class this season, riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000 alongside teammate Chris Clark.

Tom Sykes and Loris Baz captured a pair of one-two finishes for Kawasaki at England’s Donington Park. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. 2014 Suzuki Burgman 200 ABS Officially Confirmed for US

As first reported here on Motorcycle.com, the new 2014 Suzuki Burgman 200 scooter to the U.S. market. We’ve known about the 200cc version of the Burgman since June when it received an executive order from the California Air Resources Board, and last month, Suzuki unveiled the new scooter along with a new 125cc version in France.
