After launching their website last week, the California based Electric Moto Corporation has now announced the IPG Group as their agency of record to help increase brand awareness and bring in some investor interest.  According to their website, other then the EMAX 72 DS electric motorcycle, there is a scooter, ATV, bicycle and a personal watercraft on the drawing board. Suzuki unveils long-range V-Strom 1000XT Adventure

Adventure is based on the 1000XT, a top-of-the-range 1037cc V-twin with 99 hp. and spoked wheels and differs from it in additional equipment. The set includes 37-litre aluminum saddlebags, a center stand, heated grips, roll bars and a distinctive blue-silver-white paint job.

Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results

Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
