I JUST INSTALLED A NEW IMAGE CUSTOM MATCHED SEAT WITH MATCHING REAR COWL PAD. OIL HAS ALWAYS BEEN CHANGED EVERY 1000 mileS AND I ONLY USE MOBIL 1 4T. I JUST HAD THE 10K MILE SERVICE DONE AT DEALER, BUT BIKE ONLY HAS 8700miS. THE MOTOR IS PERFECT, IT NEEDED NOTHING BUT THE VALVES ADJUSTED, THE COMPRESSION WAS CHECKED _ IS PERFECT _ CONSISTENT ON ALL 4 CYLINDER. Former World Champion Franco Uncini Named Grand Prix Safety Officer
Wed, 20 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation has named Franco Uncini the FIM Grand Prix Safety Officer and circuit inspector. The 1982 500cc Grand Prix World Champion (pictured on the left above) takes over for the retired Claude Danis (right in the photo) to oversee safety in MotoGP. The now 58-year-old Uncini won the 1982 World Championship for Roberto Gallina‘s factory-backed Suzuki.
Suzuki Forms Joint Venture for Developing Fuel Cell Technology
Tue, 07 Feb 2012Suzuki announced it is partnering with U.K.-based Intelligent Energy Holdings to form a joint venture for developing fuel cell systems. The new joint venture, SMILE FC System Corporation, will work on developing fuel cell systems for both motorcycles and automobiles. Intelligent Energy, with its fuel cell expertise and Suzuki, with its mass production capabilities, will each have 50% share of SMILE FC.
