2001 Suzuki TL1000R with 11,536 mis.$6,000 (About half the value of aftermarket parts alone.)1 owner bike bought new from Oklahoma Honda Suzuki in December 2001 (currently has Florida plates as that was where I was stationed last). Current tires are Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs with approx 2,000 mis on them. This bike has never been raced, abused, wrecked or dropped in any way. Always garaged and cared for meticulously. Only flaws are some small bubbles in rear seat cowl paint due to a LocTite tube incident and a couple of minor scratches here and there. 2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Leaked
Tue, 21 Jun 2011Official photographs and details of the updated 2012 Suzuki V-Strom have emerged as the Japanese manufacturer continues its prolonged teaser campaign to hype its “New Middle-Class Motorcycle”. Indeed, the latest teaser is expected later today but images and specifications on the updated Wee-Strom have emerged from Suzuki’s global site. The 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 will again be powered by a SV650-derived 90-degree V-Twin engine with a displacement of 645cc.
Suzuki Motor of America Officially Open for Business
Tue, 02 Apr 2013American Suzuki Motor Corporation is officially no more, with the company’s operating assets transferred to the newly-formed Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. on March 31, 2013. The new company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Suzuki Motor Corporation, will be the sole distributor of Suzuki motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, marine engines and automotive parts for the continental U.S.
