Up for sale is my 1998 Suzuki Bandit Street fighter. It is nowhere near stock.It has a single-sided swingarm, R1 tail, Z1000 headlamp, and new R1 front forks.This motorcycle has been an ongoing project for 2 yrs. I took it out last year and it ran incredibly. It has a new green paint job from house of kolor, a long with out mods.It is a 1200cc bike with a lot of power. This should not be your 1st bike. Even looking at the figures optimistically we're still only selling half the volumes we were in pre-crash 2006.

Are Motorcycles Safer With Antilock Brakes?
Tue, 30 Dec 2008A new report says riders with ABS-equipped bikes can dramatically reduce the chance of a fatal accident. The study compared fatality rates among riders on bikes that have antilock brakes, and it found that death rates were 38% lower on motorcycles equipped with the optional ABS systems compared to non-ABS bikes. In 2005-2006, the fatal crashes per 10,000 registered motorcycles without antilock brakes was 6.6.
