1997 Suzuki VZ 800 Maurader, NICE STARTER BIKE! - CLEAN 1997 SUZUKI VZ 800 MAURADER! An 805cc liquid-cooled V-twin 4-stroke powers this cruiser. Features include windshield, rear-view mirrors, passenger seat and foot pegs, and analog speedometer w/odometer. This machine is in very good overall condition with minimal wear and only 10,580 miles. There are minor cosmetic scuffs on the tank and fenders (see pics/video). It has been inspected by our factory-trained technicians and is mechanically sound. Tue, 20 Mar 2012The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.
New Photos and Video of Suzuki Extrigger Electric Monkey Bike Concept
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Suzuki has released new photographs of the Extrigger, the company’s electric minibike recently unveiled at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. Suzuki also released a video of the Extrigger in action, though oddly the audio seems to have been left off. A potential electric competitor to the Honda Grom or Kawasaki‘s mini-supermoto KSR Pro, the Extrigger is powered by the same 580 W AC synchronous motor that propels Suzuki’s e-Let’s scooter.
