Has 12xxx miles. Perfect mechanically, but the ends of the front brake lever and clutch lever ends are broken off (but end tips, still good to use no problem), and has some scratches. New clutch cover gasket just installed, new tires put on Tues 12/3, starts 1st try every time, currently reg til June 2014, street legal, headlamp works, blinkers work, good brakes, oil just changed a few days ago, ready to ride. Only selling because I need wedding money, otherwise I wouldn't sell. In redding- text preferred $1800 obo Price is negotiable. 2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results
Mon, 03 Mar 2014Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
Brammo Electric Motorcycles Eligible to Race Against Gas-Powered Bikes in AFM
Tue, 05 Mar 2013Electric Brammo motorcycles will share the grid with gas-powered motorcycles in American Federation of Motorcyclists competitions. The AFM, America’s oldest motorcycle road racing body, announced Brammo riders can compete head-to-head for championships against those riding internal combustion engine motorcycles. The Brammo Empulse R, Empulse TTX and Empulse RR will be eligible for competition.
Yoshimura Suzuki USA Signs Blake Baggett
Fri, 03 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing has signed former AMA Pro 250 Motocross Champion Blake Baggett to the team today during the 2015 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (SMAI) Dealer Meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Baggett will join Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart in the premier class for the 2015 AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross seasons, but his first race on the Yoshimura Suzuki RM-Z450 will be Las Vegas’ Monster Energy Cup later this month.
