1985 Suzuki RG500 located in Santa Ana, California. Bike has 11,722 KM = 7033 Miles on it. Engine ran o k when we purchased the bike about 1 year ago. The carbs to be cleaned now. The upper and lower fairings are cracked. The wheels on the bike are Campagnolo Magnesium. Wheels are period correct for this bike and are the same wheels used on the racers. The wheels alone are worth between $1500.00-$2000.00. A new set costs about $3500.00. Bike also has a Daytona steering damper on it. We don't have a title for this bike. Bike is sold with a bill of sale only. Ask questions and look at the pictures carefully before you bid. Bike is sold as is, no returns. Buyer to arrange the shipping. Local pick up is ok. Suzuki Requests Invite to Official 2013 MotoGP Tests
Tue, 11 Dec 2012When Suzuki pulled out of MotoGP racing a year ago, the manufacturer said it hoped to return by the 2014 season. In the time since suspending its MotoGP program, Suzuki has been showing signs it is on track for a 2014 return. Work on Suzuki’s 1000cc MotoGP project is apparently proceeding as planned, with the manufacturer reportedly ready to join official testing during the upcoming season.

Fri, 03 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing has signed former AMA Pro 250 Motocross Champion Blake Baggett to the team today during the 2015 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (SMAI) Dealer Meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Baggett will join Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart in the premier class for the 2015 AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross seasons, but his first race on the Yoshimura Suzuki RM-Z450 will be Las Vegas’ Monster Energy Cup later this month.
