1975 Suzuki Other on 2040-motos
Los Angeles, California, United States
Suzuki Other description
1975 Suzuki GT-250 two stroke twin with Ram Air heads in all original condition. This bike is complete (only is missing left mirror) and never modified or restored. The bike runs (smokes) and rides with everything in working condition. Almost new tires and good battery. The seat is original and perfect.
The GT-250 in original condition is really to find. I bought the bike to restore and hate to sell it but I am restoring an RD400 and next have an RZ500 to restore. The bike has a couple of dings (no dent) in the tank and the chrome is stained but the most important part in buying a vintage motorcycle is to buy a complete and original bike. GT-250 is in my list of bikes I want to have but it has to wait for the right time because it takes me on average a year to complete one bike and by the time I get to this bike it will be a few years. I am selling this bike at loss, it took me a long time to find a GT-250 that has not been molested or modified and paid top dollars for it. It comes with a clear title and owners manual. Note: this is an old bike that has not been ridden for a year, it needs to be checked and serviced to be road worthy. Sold AS-IS without any guarantee or warranty. |

Parallel-Twin Suzuki V-Strom and SV650 Successors Spied
Thu, 01 Sep 2022We dare you, Suzuki: call it the P-Strom Credit: Photos by BMH-Images Spy photographers have snapped images of two new Suzuki prototypes powered by a new Parallel-Twin engine. The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.
