Suzuki Other description

This is a terrific bike. It runs well. It has been cared for by professional mechanics. The bike has not been fully restored and any prior restoration work was not done by me but it looks well done. I have enjoyed this bike so much (it is the same bike I had when I was little) but it is time for it to go. No room to keep it and I travel too much to enjoy it. I hope the buyer appreciates the way I have.

The pictures should do the bike justice but just to be clear: The original toolkit that goes under the seat is not there. I am aware of at least the oil filter casing being an aftermarket item. The odometer does not seem to function perfectly so I would bet on more miles than what it shows. The tachometer is shaky as it rises. The seat has a tear or two but seems to be original. I have some manuals for it but not the one that came with the bike originally.

Buyer is completely responsible for shipping and has 14 days to have bike picked up once paid for. All payment rules are listed in auction and must be followed or risk forfeiture.

Bike is sold as-is with no warranty.

Eugene Laverty Talks Suzuki MotoGP Testing

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

In this diary entry, Voltcom Crescent Suzuki’s Eugene Laverty reflects on a busy three weeks that saw him visit Suzuki HQ in Hamamatsu in Japan, test the Suzuki MotoGP machine in Okayama and Phillip Island; and then race to a podium position at the Sepang World Superbike round in Malaysia. The past few weeks have been one hell of an adventure. The trip started out in Donington for the British round of the World Superbike Championship and from there I travelled directly to Japan for my debut test on Suzuki’s MotoGP prototype.

Two spruced-up Japanese ADV bikes go head-to-head. Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by Sean Matic We’ll admit this is an unusual ADV test. There are any number of competitors we could have lined up against the new-and-improved 2020 Honda Africa Twin.
