Suzuki Other tech info
Suzuki Other description
1974 Suzuki GT 380 very clean original mileage motorcycle. Nice paint. Recent thorough carburetor cleaning, tune-up - plugs ,wire ends and wire end boots, oil change. Oil injection system was cleaned, fresh oil and oil pump was tested. Caliper and master cylinder rebuild and Brake fluid change. The tires and tubes are brand new. New battery. Original seat and foam with high quality cover. It starts right up and runs very nice, shifts as it should. Stops as it should. All the electrical works correctly. It looks to be in good condition and has very slight patina. I replaced the clutch side engine decal (NOS). I have the points cover side on order and will be installed before the auction is over. Nice bike to buzz around town with. Very easy to handle. Plenty of that 2 stroke power. Overall very good condition. The upgraded tires, battery, seat cover and spark plug wire ends are all that is not original.

Goodbye Hyperbike: Suzuki Ends Hayabusa Production
Thu, 27 Dec 2018The legendary beast goes down in history after twenty years of dominating the highways, dragstrips and the earth's surface in general. The hyperbike is being discontinued due to non-compliance with the Euro-4 environmental standard, but its story does not end there. The company is clearly preparing its successor, as indicated by the renewal of the Hayabusa trademarks.
Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas
Fri, 04 Jan 2013AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
