Suzuki Other description

Washington St at W. Main St 1971 Suzuki T500 shining as a new whistle...not 1 scratch on it. It's been sleeping most of its life in a shed well protected since 1973 when because of a Suzuki company defect (they repaired). Gearbox oil level cause a motor problem (bent Rod). While the engine's bottom end was opened for this Suzuki Company modification and repair I had both pistons, rings, pin and clips replaced. Also both carburetors were rebuilt and a new filter installed, a new battery, chain, and sprocket installed and the front and rear brakes rebuilt. I didn't turn the speedo backwards after this rebuild so there is only about 32mis on the bike as it sets right this moment although the speedo shows 18,178mis. It starts right up on the 1st or second kick every time. The only real need of this Suzie is for the aluminum to be buffed out...this, I'm not up to....sorry. Please...only interested persons call text or email me (I do not answer my phone, text nor email on Saturday until 8PM). The 1st $3000 cash in my hand gets my baby. Call/text John or email Me john. That's Me (JOHN)

Suzuki GSX-R day at Snetterton

Wed, 21 Jul 2010

I have to hold my hands up and make a confession. I have completely changed my mind about Suzuki’s GSX-R1000 K9. Back in the depths of winter I rode our long termer and found myself (without trying) doing jail-sentence speeds by doing nothing other than short shifting through the gear on half throttle.

Suzuki Recalls 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman Scooters

Fri, 10 Feb 2012

Suzuki issued a recall campaign for its 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman scooters due to a defect in the brake light activation switches. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, rear brake lights may not activate when the rider squeezes the brake levers of the affected models. As a result, other road users behind the affected unit may not realize it is slowing down, increasing the risk of a crash.
