Suzuki Other description

This bike came to us thick with dirt but with some fresh gas it ran. We have taken it right down for a good cleaning and it is an amazing bike. No dents in the fenders and only one very small one in the tank. Cleaned the carburetor, gave it a kit and gave it a new drive chain DID528, changed the oil tightened up some bolts and Wow. The TS250's were the first of the duel purpose bikes "enduro" In 1970 this was all metal no plastic fenders. The Hooker header makes it sound and run loud and proud. See the pictures and video for more of the story behind this machine. The chrome wheels and fenders look great.

This bike had the Lights removed and no title, it was used as a dirt bike but not long 1,371 miles tach and speedo still work. I have new points and condenser for the bike ordered before I found out how good it really was in there.  I found lots of new NOS parts right here on eBay for the bike so no problem if you need to go farther with a restoration. We did just a good cleaning and lubing we painted the foot pegs, kick stand and Hooker exhaust black but all the rest of the patina we left it's just too fine to cover up what a fun bike to ride.

Suzuki cited the recession, the rising value of the Japanese yen and the natural disasters afflicting Japan in 2011 as reasons for leaving MotoGP, but the manufacturer did say it intended to return in 2014.
