Suzuki Other description

This is a 1969 Suzuki T125 Stinger.  It sat for a number of years before I got it bike running last spring. However, I have not gotten it running this year.  It has spark but will not fire.  It likely needs the carbs gone through, possibly a tune up as well.  This is a nice original 2 stroke twin and extremely hard to find in any condition.  I would call this bike "fair"condition. It does have faded paint and the chrome has surface rust and pits. Its pretty solid, though and cleans up pretty decent.  All of the electrical works as do the front and rear brakes. The transmission shifts well through the gears.  The oil injection was working when it was running last year as well. The tires are older, possibly the originals, but I did replace the battery last year, though it needs a charge.  The bike was literally pulled from a barn and it has that great barn find look. I would get it running again and ride it as is, but it would make a great restoration project as well, as its all there to restore.  I have a clean and clear title in my name for the bike. It has 9678 showing on the odometer which I believe to be correct.

While I have described the bike to the best of my abilities, I am not a professional mechanic.  Therefore, this listing is subject to inadvertent errors and omissions.  I welcome and encourage all prospective buyers to come and check out the bike in person and inspect it prior to bidding.  Please look closely at all the pictures on a desktop computer to best see the condition.  The bike is being sold 'as is' with no warranty or guarantees. By bidding on the bike, you agree that this motorcycle does not come with any warranties, either expressed or implied. The buyer is offered the opportunity to examine the motorcycle in person or by representative if they choose, to ascertain if the condition of said motorcycle meets the buyer's standards. The buyer releases the seller from any liability with regards to this motorcycle and accepts it in "as is" condition, including the possible existence of unknown latent defects.  The bike can be shipped world wide at the expense of the buyer.  All shipping arrangements are to be made by the buyer after full payment is received and cleared into my account.  Full payment is due within 5 days. Please ask questions, if you have any, before bidding.

2013 AIMExpo: Suzuki Unveils GW250

Wed, 16 Oct 2013

Suzuki unveiled a new lightweight naked standard motorcycle at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) – the GW250. Powered by a 248cc liquid cooled in-line twin-cylinder engine, the GW250 would seem an ideal choice for newcomers not interested in sportbikes like the Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke had a chance to ride the newest Suzuki and will be providing a review in the coming days.

2013 AMA Supercross Houston Race Report

Mon, 08 Apr 2013

Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.
