Suzuki Other description

1968 Suzuki K-15 with only 2,075 miles. This nice little bike is in very good condition with only a few rust spots on the front fender and a small dent on the chrome piece on the gas tank, which could probably be pushed out once the chrome piece is taken off of the tank. This bike always started and ran great, but then I parked it in 2009, and now it still starts and runs good but not like it used to, so a little carb work is in order ( a good cleaning or a rebuild should do it). I saw one sell for $600 that was in worse shape, so I'll start bidding there. Shipping is up to the buyer, I can help load if needed. When the headlight is switched on, the engine wants to stall out unless the rpm's are up. I used is as a pit bike, so never ran the light. I also have the tool kit that came with the bike and a parts manual, these will go with the bike to the high bidder. Thanks for looking

2014 AMA Supercross – Phoenix Results

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto nabbed a hard-earned first victory of the 2014 AMA Supercross season, overcoming a poor start that saw him ninth after the first lap for the win. The three-time reigning champion found himself well back after the first corner as Yoshimura Suzuki‘s Jake Moss took the holeshot ahead of Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton and the KTM‘s Ryan Dungey. Brayton took over the lead by the second corner and would stay in front for the first 13 laps.

New: Venhill 888 fast-action twistgrips

Fri, 01 Mar 2013

CONTROL specialist Venhill has launched its new 888 range of bike-specific fast action twistgrips.  Supplied complete with the company's top of the range Featherlight cables, the kits are designed for a straightforward replacement of the factory-fitted equipment.  Bike-specific kits are now available for the Honda CBR600F, Kawasaki ZX-6R/ZX-10R, Suzuki GSX-R600/750, Triumph 675 Daytona and Yamaha R1/R6, among others, with prices from £105. Here's Venhill's description of the new product: "Manufactured with a robust CNC machined alloy body, the 888 fast action twistgrip provides a choice of two settings and is supplied with two rotors so that riders can select the throttle action that best suits the riding conditions.  Settings can be changed swiftly by undoing the two set screws securing the throttle body and changing the rotor. On the fastest setting there is 80° of rotation, (taking up 36mm of the cable), which is typically 45% faster than 'standard' throttles.
