Suzuki Intruder description

For sale: 97 Intruder almost like new, with only 6150 miles. Bike is in good to great shape. Runs, looks and sounds great. These are new: tinted windshield, FM stereo with SD/USB/MP3, Highway pegs, cruise control. The stereo is on but haven't had time to finish the wiring. Cruise control hasn't been installed yet. Highway pegs will need bushing on crash bar for better fit. I also will throw in original saddle bags. Would be nice cleaned up with leather conditioner. This is a nice bike to cruise around on. Great gas mileage with plenty of pep. I just don't have the time to ride it or finish installing the goodies. Too many other projects going on and with the weather so nice would rather see someone else enjoy it instead of it just sitting. TITLE IN HAND!! VIN Number is JS1VS52A0V2102116. it wouldn't accept in the drop down field.

Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

Japan Needs Your Help

Thu, 17 Mar 2011

By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees  and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.

Intermot 2012: Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Concept Breaks Cover

Tue, 02 Oct 2012

Today at the Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, Suzuki unveiled its V-Strom 1000 Concept. Heavily rumored to receive similar styling updates as its V-Strom 650 stablemate, Suzuki instead turned to its 1988 DR750S, the company’s first big on/off road machine, for inspiration, taking many by surprise. The updates are more than just skin deep, as the entire motorcycle has been redesigned.
