Suzuki Hayabusa description

Very nice and clean Hayabusa
Barely a scratch on her. Runs perfectly.  Drives and rides excellent.  Has a lot of extra parts to go with.  Hindle 4 into 1 exhause. Rear seat cover. Brand new tires.  Air shifter. Power comander.  Bike has been adult owned since new. It was purchased by a 55yr old gentleman in Schaumburg,  IL new.  The 1999 and early 2000 models are the true 196mph off the line. This is one of the early 2000's. It is the fastest production motorcycle in the world. After this one there was a " gentleman's agreement " that no company could off the production line be faster stock than 186mph. This bike is darn near perfect condition.

I'm located 40min due west of Chicago.  Rent a Uhaul trailer for $19.99 if needed to pick it up or ride it home. Bike needs nothing at all for this season. Serviced and ready to go.
Never dropped or wrecked  Clean clear title in hand Any pics that appear to have blemishes are shadows or glares. The bike is super clean.

Electric Sportbike Debuts at NEC Show

Tue, 09 Dec 2008

Zero to 60mph in 3.5 seconds, top speed of 125 mph and a recharge time under two hours with a standard 13 amp power supply. Wait, what? Those are not typo my friends, they are the stats for the TTX01 electric sportbike unveiled at the 2008 NEC Bike Show in Birmingham.

Suzuka Eight Hour capers

Mon, 05 Sep 2011

Chatting to TT legend John McGuiness recently about his first Suzuka Eight Hour experience got me thinking of a few capers the boys and me managed a few years back at what is still Japan's most important race of the season. It is a unique event that starts at 11am and finishes at 7pm making  it a pukka endurance race as the last hour is run with headlights on in the dark. It is essentially an eight hour sprint that showcases the trickest endurance machinery and manufacturer’s sales can be affected the following year depending on who wins or loses.

My favourite ever BSB brolly dolly has to be Keith Flint. He joined me on the grid back in 1997 at Brands Hatch before I nailed down my second championship with two race wins. A nicer bloke you couldn't ever wish to meet so it’s good to see him out and about regularly on his Crescent Suzuki prepared GSXR 1000.
