2008 Suzuki Gsx-R1000 , Up for sale is a used 08 Suzuki GSXR-1000. I am the second owner of this bike. it currently has 9182 miles on it. It has very low miles for an 08. The bike has never been wrecked or downed. The body is in immaculate condition. It is very hard to find a bike in that kind of condition. The bike is valued at a little over $9500 according to NADA with the condition its in. I am taking REASONABLE OFFERS. NO LOW BALLERS PLEASE and ABSOLUTELY NO TRADES. no need for that. It has simple upgrades to it. Nothing crazy. It has an M4 slip on exhaust, K&N drop-in filter, 6000k HID, front LED parking light, chrome frame sliders, swing arm spools, a Taylor Made carbon fiber fender eliminator kit with LED, black tank pad, and a custom wrapped seat to match the paint. The rear tire is new. The front tire will need to be replaced soon. The bike is lowered 2 Inches in the rear. I will also include the rear jack stand. Suzuki to Join MotoGP Test at Catalunya
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Suzuki plans to take part in the mid-June MotoGP test at Spain’s Catalunya circuit. If all goes according to plan, the June 17 test, which follows the sixth round of the 2013 MotoGP season, will mark the first time a Suzuki MotoGP bike has shared the track with the prototypes from rival manufacturers Ducati, Honda and Yamaha since 2011. When Suzuki announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing in 2011, the Japanese manufacturer said it planned to return for the 2014 season.
Suzuki Reports Q1 2012-2013 Results
Thu, 09 Aug 2012Suzuki reported a 11.7% decrease in motorcycle sales over its first quarter and an operating loss of 3.5 million yen (US$44.5 million) from its motorcycle division. In the quarter ended June 30, 2012, Suzuki sold 573,000 units, down from 649,000 units sold in the same quarter in 2011. Sales were down in most regions though unit sales in the U.S.
